All contact information collected at the time of registration with GemTrace is for internal use only and will not be shared, sold or rented to any other person, company or enterprise.  GemTrace does not disclose the identity of registered members without permission of the individual unless forced to comply with a warrant or subpoena.  GemTrace does not sell diamonds or jewelry.  Participation in the GemTrace newsletter is strictly voluntary and may be started or ended at the sole discretion of each member.  GemTrace reserves the right to contact registered members of GemTrace to inquire or advise on the status of diamonds or colored gems registered with GemTrace and may occasionally contact our members regarding new services and/or updates to the current service subscribed to.
